His 25 years of experience, combined with the design talent of his partner and wife Dawn Beasley, make him a premier builder. Over his long career he has built in and developed many Jefferson City/Holts Summit’s unique subdivisions. He has been an owner in; Beasley Court, River Hills, West Point Estate, Lake Park, and The Cedars. He has also built in Primrose and Monticello in the Jefferson City Area. When entering a home built by Mike and Dawn you will instantly notice the custom woodwork, designer tile along with function floor plans. He only uses quality products because his experience has proven that quality endures. Mike enjoys watching the construction process and Dawn ads the creative touches, which make their houses feel like a home. Mike’s love for watching a subdivision development has truly been his life’s passion.
